Refund & Return Policy

We understand that spending your hard-earned money online requires trust. That's why we aim to deliver exactly what you ordered. However, if something goes wrong, here's how returns and refunds work—without the usual legal novel.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or completely unexpected product (and not in a fun surprise way), please contact us within the specified return window after delivery. We'll review the issue and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. In other words, if you've worn the T-shirt to three parties, posted six selfies, and then decided it's not your style, we probably can't accept it back.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, payment provider, and the alignment of various financial systems, the refund may take several business days to appear.

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including customized products, special orders, clearance items, or products specifically marked as non-returnable. Please check product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Orders cannot always be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Our packing team moves surprisingly fast when motivated by caffeine.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or appear to be an attempt to obtain a free product through creative storytelling.

To summarize: if we make a mistake, we'll do our best to fix it. If you change your mind after giving your new T-shirt a full social life, the return may not be eligible. Fair deal, right?
