Shipping times are estimates, not blood oaths. While we work with reliable courier partners, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates because once a package leaves our hands, it begins its own adventure.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. This allows you to follow your package's journey across cities, warehouses, and mysterious sorting facilities where parcels apparently go to reflect on life.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing an order. If the wrong address is provided, your package may end up making new friends somewhere else, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
